Return Policy

Useful information about delivery and returns
You can purchase your items online and pick them up locally or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. Thank you for shopping with us. Given the custom nature of our sublimation products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately for assistance. Here’s how to proceed: Report the Issue: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description, and photo evidence of the damage. Return Authorization: Once we review your claim and confirm the damage, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item to us. Sending the Item Back: The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, including all original packaging. Replacements: Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item to the original method of payment. Exclusions: Please note that our return policy does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized alterations, nor does it apply to normal wear and tear.
